Eagle's Nest

Go on vacation in style at our largest and most elegant home, with decorator touches throughout. The “Eagle’s Nest” has it all with a hot tub, electrically heated pool and sauna. Enjoy over 3200 square feet of space with 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a living room, family room and dining room. The large screened in Lanai adds another 1600 s/f of private enclosed space.

You certainly will not be cramped in the “Eagle’s Nest.” That’s why you are not in a hotel room in the first place, right? The living room and family room both have entertainment centers (TV and DVD player) for two places to kick back and relax. Another option is to get away in the Master Bedroom with another TV and DVD player.

The Gourmet Kitchen is large with more cabinet space than you would need on vacation. There are granite counter tops and all the utensils you need to make a snack to a nice dinner. Outside, use the gas grill on the lanai for steaks on the Barbie!

The Master Suite is a true get-away from it all. The elaborate Master Suite has a King Size bed with gorgeous furnishings. The master bathroom huge and elegant with Granite and Marble! There is a large garden tub and walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom (full-size bed) is located on the same side of the home as the master bedroom.

The Prince Suite (Queen Bed) and twin bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home. Another full-bath is shared with the Prince and twin bedroom.

The “Eagle’s Nest” is perched on the highest peak of Southwest Florida. It is located in the area of Marco Island called the Estates. The homes in this area are on some of the largest lots on Marco Island. Take a walk and see the neighborhood.

This House is perfect for Entertaining, Holidays, and a classic family fun. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THE HOME AND NOT WANT TO LEAVE!
