There is a large master suite with a private bathroom. Enjoy a good night's sleep in its comfortable king size bed. Two of the other guestrooms have queen-size beds. The additional guestroom has two twin beds. They share a full bathroom.

The huge wrap around porch off the family room and master bedroom has a view of the waterfront canal and large heated pool. It is ideal for having your morning coffee, an afternoon hors d'oeuvre or glass of wine

The large private dock overlooking the water is a perfect place to relax, and watch the pelicans. I bet you were wondering why we call the home “the Pelican.” You will be sure to see them swimming out front. Maybe some dolphins and manatees will visit you, too! This property has direct access to the gulf and is very close to the main waterways.

The outdoor garden has a tropical pond and lush landscaping. Take a leisurely stroll through the peaceful garden located on the waterfront canal.
