Relax and unwind in this picturesque 3 bedroom, 2-bath home located on the Water! The Toucan house is a newer home built in 1999 with a hot tub and electrically heated pool. Enjoy the waterfront dock for sunbathing, fishing or docking a boat. The Toucan is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The home has a large great room, gourmet kitchen and dinette area that seats 6.

The Toucan has cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan. If you are in the corner of the kitchen you have a view into the living room, dining room, pool and waterfront area. There is plenty of privacy with bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Special features include a spacious covered lanai that encompasses the Jacuzzi, grill, 6 chairs and patio table.

The Master Suite has a king size bed, cable TV and luxurious private bathroom. Take a break from it all and soak in the whirlpool tub. There is a walk-in tiled shower and two sink vanities. If you have small children the walk-in closet is even large enough for a portable crib (provided). The sliding doors of the Master Bedroom leads to the lanai.

The second and third bedrooms share the other full bath with direct access to lanai as well. The Prince Suite has a queen size bed has another access door to the lanai. The Third bedroom has two twin beds.
