Hi, we are the Hearn's and Kennedy's and we are working professionals in Cincinnati, OH. The Hearn family consists of Richard, Susan, Grant and Lauren. Richard and Susan met in college at Purdue University, and were married shortly thereafter. We have lived in Cincinnati OH since this time where we started with Procter & Gamble, and have moved to more entrepreneurial ventures in the IT services industry. Richard is a partner with Mark Kennedy (of the Kennedy family below) in Crown Partners. We have always lived on the water, and Richard has taken vacations to south Florida since he was an infant. In 1998, Richard and Susan added Grant to their family, and in 2000 Lauren was born. We are a happily married couple that has decided to purchase the Marco Island Florida vacation rentals property with the Kennedy's as an investment strategy to pay for Grant and Lauren's college. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. The Kennedy family consists of Mark, Christine, Ethan, Brice, Lilly, and Elise. We met in college at Bucknell University, and were married a couple years later in Cincinnati. We moved back to Cincinnati where Christine grew up, and decided to take up residency for her medical program. Mark and Richard met in 1995 and have been close friends since. We have most recently kicked off a new company headquartered in Cincinnati... Crown Partners. Christine is a Doctor with a local Radiology practice in Northern Kentucky, Greater Cincinnati. We have never lived on the water, but fell in love with Marco Island on a yearly family vacation we took with the Hearn's. We hope you enjoy your stay. Regards, The Hearn's and Kennedy's
